Bel-Ray Racing-Weekend Preview

FARMINGDALE, NJ – Bel-Ray professional race teams and Elite riders will be in action this weekend once again. This weekend, motocross racing action will take place around the world in the United States, Canada, Spain and Australia.
The AMA Motocross Series returns to Maryland and the Moto Tee’s Budd’s Creek National. TwoTwo Motorsports/ Bel-Ray Racing’s Chad Reed is the current points leader and comes to Maryland looking to improve on last week’s third overall. Budd’s Creek has been kind to Reed in the past as he wrapped up his 2009 National Championship with the overall victory at the facility. Joining the #22 of Reed in the 450 class will be #96 Lowell Spangler, #388 Bryan Wallace, #449 Dakota Kessler, #514 Anthony Roth, #606 Ronnie Stewart, # 731 Steve Roman, #760 Tyler Wozney and #910 Mic Sowa. In the 250 class, Bel-Ray racer #446 Frankie Lettieri will compete.
Round 3 of the CMRC National Championship series will take place in Calgary, Alberta, Canada this weekend. The the Kini / Red Bull / KTM / IMX / Bel-Ray Racing team of Kieran Leigh and Mason Phillips come to the Wild Rose MX Park after good finishes at the previous round in British Columbia. Phillips was 4th overall in the MX1 class and Leigh was 9th overall in the MX2 class.
TM Factory Racing rider Tanel Leok comes to the GP of Spain in La Baneza after 2 consecutive 10th overall finishes in the MX1 Class. Currently 13th overall in the season’s points standing, Leok is looking for his breakout ride this weekend.
In Australia, Round 6 of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mx Nationals takes place at the Goanna Tracks Complex in Coonabarabrau NSW. The Bel-Ray backed Axis 07 team is currently in the Top 10 in the series' standings with Dylan Peterson in 4th in the Under 19s class and Kieron Hall, Cody Mackie and Justin McDonald, 7th, 8th and 9th in the Pro Lites Class.
