St. Petersburg, Florida - Pit Posse Motorsports riders, Trey Canard and Justin Barcia, delivered Supercross wins in round six of the 2011 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series, an FIM World Championship, at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX. Trey Canard won his first-ever Supercross 450 Main and Justin Barcia took the win for the first 250 East Lites race of 2011.
After battling it out in the Supercross rounds over the past 6 weeks leading up to Houston, it was just a matter of time before Trey would take home his first-ever win. Trey knows that having a good start at the gate, getting up front and staying up front during the main was key for not only a podium finish, but what needed to be done to bring home the title of Round 6. His battle with Dungey kept Trey’s determination, focus and confidence to hold firm and keep his sights on the checkered flag! Nothing tastes sweeter right now for Trey! With 2011 being Trey’s rookie year racing the 450 class, taking home first place is nothing short of a dream come true.
With a huge lead on the rest of the pack, Justin won his qualifying heat in the 250 East Lites class. It was all but certain going into the main the man on top would be #17, Justin Barcia! The first 10 laps were nothing short of nail biting as Barcia went back and forth on his lead against Dean Wilson. Moving into the last 5 laps of the 250 East Lites main, Justin got enough of a lead in front to take the checkered flag for a solid win!
Just like we promised, the 2011 Supercross season would and will continue to bring much to talk about for Pit Posse with riders like Trey Canard and Justin Barcia in their lineup of top riders.
Pit Posse is Trey and Justin’s #1 choice to stay organized and ready to race! During the 2011 Supercross season, both Trey Canard and Justin Barcia use and endorse Pit Posse trailer accessories, tools and bike accessories.
Keep an eye out for #41 and #17!
