Morgantown, W.Va - Ricky Carmichael University is pleased to announce the return of guest lecturer Robb Beams to the school on Monday, March 7 at Daytona International Speedway.
Beams will be hosting a classroom discussion on "how to increase a rider's speed and avoid late moto fatigue" through improvement of the rider's fitness, nutrition and mental approach to training and racing.
"I am honored to be a part of the RCU for the second year in a row. It was a pleasure talking with riders and parents about how to improve their fitness & nutrition specific to racing" said Robb Beams, founder and Director of Human Performance for MotoE.
Each rider that attends the class will also be provided a copy of the MotoE Blueprint of SuccessTM training manual.
"This training manual is a complete guide to training on the motorcycle, strength training, cross training, nutrition, flexibility and mental development - all specific to motocross and supercross", added Coach Robb.
In addition to being a guest lecturer, MotoE is going to pay for one lucky rider to attend the RCU for FREE! To become eligible for the RCU entry, all you have to do is click here and submit your name and email and click RCU. This entry is available to any rider of any size or riding abilities. Entries will be received between February 10 and 22. The chosen rider will be announced on the February 23 DMXS Radio show.

About Ricky Carmichael
Ricky Carmichael is the Principal of Ricky Carmichael University. Carmichael won 102 AMA Motocross Nationals and 48 AMA Supercross main events for a record 150 major wins between 1997 and 2007. The Tallahassee, Florida resident won 10 AMA Motocross Championships and five AMA Supercross crowns, giving him a record 15 major titles in his career. After retiring from professional racing, he began pursuing a career in auto racing and was named the Most Popular Driver in the 2009 Camping World NASCAR Truck Series. Currently Carmichael is competing in NASCAR's Camping World Truck and Nationwide Series for Turner Motorsports.
