Ken Roczen Will Race Houston in AMA Supercross Class

Racer X has confirmed that the Red Bull KTM has granted Ken Roczen their approval to race in the AMA Supercross class this weekend in Houston, on a 350. Roczen, the 16-year-old import from Germany, finished a season-best third at Anaheim 2 in the Lites class last weekend, will ride the 350 as the Monster Energy AMA Supercross tour opens up its East Region for the Lites riders. Roczen, who plans to head back to Europe next month to focus on the MX2 FIM World Championship, is presently ranked sixth in the West Region. Houston will mark his first major race in the premier class.
