  • Answer Racing’s James Stewart Captures Third at A1
Corona, CA- After taking much of last year off due to injury, Answer’s James Stewart was ready to get back to racing and start the journey of the 2011 AMA Supercross series.  Decked out in Answer’s 2011 Spring Purple Haze gear, James started off the weekend in top form by setting the fastest qualifying time in practice.  With a stacked field of contenders, James looked to be back in top form as he entered the first Supercross race of 2011.

Giving the fans a sneak peek of Answer’s 2012 line, James was slated for the second heat of the night and was ready to get A1 under way. After a top five start, James moved his way into the lead and captured the win as well as setting the fastest heat time of the night.  With one of the best and most talented fields to date, the main event was set to be a good one.

As the gate fell for Anaheim 1 main event, Answer’s James Stewart came around the first corner just outside of the top ten.  For the next 20 laps, James put his head down and continued to charge through the field to end the night in third place.  Even though James was unable to capture the A1 win, he was able to make it through the first Supercross race of the year and sits in a prime position to capture his third Supercross championship.   As we all know, you can not win the title at A1, but you sure can lose it.

So, check out our website to view the rest of the Answer Racing gear line up at Answerracing.com and keep your eyes pealed for more leaked photos of our 2012 line. As always find us on our social sites: Facebook.com/Answerracing or twitter.com/Answerracing to have a chance at winning some cool swag and for continued updates on all of our Answer Racing riders as the 2011 Supercross series looks to be one for the ages.
