The Fox Fifty: Oregon
The ninth state in our Fox Fifty takes us to the Pacific Northwest and the Beaver State of Oregon. Oregon is home to the Oregon Trail (well, part of it), Crater Lake (the deepest lake in the U.S.), and Miki Keller, the founder of the Women’s Motocross Association. L&M Yamaha's Josh Hill claims his hometown to be here (Yoncalla), but he was actually born in Washington. Oregon is home to the following fast motocrossers.

Chuck Sun (1980 AMA 500c AMA Motocross Champion and member of the legendary Team USA '81)
Ron Sun (Younger brother of Chuck, a Honda factory rider circa 1980)
Rick Burgett (Yamaha factory rider know as "The Lumberjack," won the 1978 AMA 500cc National MX Championship)
Ryan Terlecki (Satellite factory rider from the mid-nineties)
Mark Gregson (LOP Yamaha rider during the team's late-seventies run)
Tony Graves (Local legend)
Dan Ulven (Team Green rider, Loretta Lynn's winner, raced World Mini GP Kawasaki Race of Champions in 1989)
Ryan Huffman (Suzuki factory ride in 1998)
Tiger Lacey (Journeyman privateer and arenacross contender)
Larry Hooper (Local legend in southern Oregon. Finished sixth at the 1983 Seattle SX in the 250 class)
Kevin Rookstool (National #76 in 2009)
Mike Corder (Team Green amateur standout; Loretta Lynn's champion)
