Renegade Fuels Race Report: SLC
Renegade Racing Fuels once again finds two spots on the podium at Salt Lake In sloppy conditions at Rice-Eccles Stadium. In the lites class it was Geico/Factory Connection rider Trey canard with a podium finish for the 10th time in 14 races this season. Canard would ride through the rain and snow mix to a very solid second place finish.
In the the SX class Renegade Fuels rider Kevin Windham would win the Spike Holeshot Award and battled a short time with Millsaps before pulling out a solid lead. Windham would go on to win the main event while lapping all the riders besides Millsaps and Short. Windham has been able to stand on top of the podium the last two weeks now.
One race remains on the Supercross schedule and it takes place next Saturday at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. It's the last race of the year for Windham while all four GEICO Powersports Honda and Renegade Fuels Lites riders -- Canard, Wharton, Justin Barcia, and Brett Metcalfe -- will race one another in the Supercross Shootout.
Broc Tickle, from Holly, Mich. Aboard his Renegade Fuels powered Star Yamaha would finish inside the top 10 at Salt Lake with a 6th place finish.
