BERM Sponsors GNCs

Dallas, TX. - In two short weeks, all eyes in the Pro-Am motocross world will be set on the 34th Annual GNC International Motocross Final (commonly referred to as the GNC Final). A hard-cover copy of "BERM - The Texas Motocross Chronicles" will be rewarded to each of the top five racers in every class at the GNC Final.
"We are very excited about this sponsorship package we have put together for the GNC Final. The BERM book is a 40 year Texas motocross history piece covering many of the major moto-happenings in Texas, and also includes some great photos from the GNC Final throughout the years. The sponsorship package only makes sense, as the GNC Final is without a doubt... considered the "Father of Texas Pro-Am Motocross Racing". Qualifying races for the first ever GNC started in 1976, which led to the inaugural event in 1977, at the then famed Houston Astrodome where the GNC was held until 1981. From 1982-1996 the GNC Final was held at Lake Whitney Cycle Ranch. In 1997, the GNC Final was held at Mosier Valley MX Park where it stayed until the tracks closing in 2004. In 2005, the GNC Final was moved over to it's current location at Oak Hill Raceway (another Texas tradition since 1975).
