MORGANTOWN, WV — Filter Publications is pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Francis as its staff videographer. Francis will join Simon Cudby in producing Racer X Films and other video projects for Racer X Online.
“We have big plans for video in 2010, and we’re excited to have Matt on board to help us achieve those goals,” said Filter Publications Executive Director Bryan Stealey. “There are so many things we’ve wanted to do in the past but couldn’t; now we can. He’s going to be all over the place.”
Francis, who previously freelanced with his company In the Moment Media, has been involved in motocross all of his life, first as a racer and more recently as a videographer as well. He’s produced hundreds of motocross videos, many of which have been published on Racer X Online.
“I’m really excited about this opportunity to work with a prestigious company like Filter Publications,” said Francis. “My freelance career at In the Moment Media has been great to me, but now I feel I can truly put my talents and focus on my real passion: motocross videography. This is definitely a dream come true.”
