DP Brakes to Sponsor Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team for 10th Year

  • DP Brakes to Sponsor Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team for 10th Year
BUFFALO, NY. – DP Brakes will be sponsoring the Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team once again for the 2010 season.  It is the tenth straight year that DP Brakes has sponsored the team.

This year’s Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team will consist of AMA’s 2009 SX Lites East Champ Christophe Pourcel, former FIM MX2-GP World Champ Tyla Rattray, plus Dean Wilson and Jake Weimer.

“As Pro Circuit heads into the 2010 Race Season, we are pleased to once again have DP Brakes as the official Brake Pad Sponsor for the Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team. DP has been the source of brake pads for the team for a number of years,” said Mitch Payton, owner of the highly successful Monster/Kawasaki/Pro Circuit Team.

He added, “We can’t afford to have brake pads that break down or wear out quickly with championships and personal safety on the line. I know we can count on our DP Brake Pads to keep our riders safe, and help harness the horsepower of our bikes.”

“We are truly honored to be associated with such a high profile and successful team as Pro Circuit Kawasaki for ten years. We wish Mitch and the entire team all the best in 2010,” stated Larry Mills, President of DP Brakes North America.

Mills continued, “All riders will be racing with our High Performance SDP Pro-MX brake pads. These are the same pads that are sold in dealerships worldwide. Not only do you receive unbelievable performance, but also they last two to three times longer than stock pads.  In addition, they are noise and dust free. We also apply a ceramic heat barrier to the backplate to eliminate heat getting into the hydraulics or brake fluid. Therefore, riders will not experience brake fade”.

All DP Brake pads are available exclusively through Part Unlimited and Parts Canada stocking dealers.

For more information on the complete line-up of DP Brakes brake pads, shoes, rotors and clutch kits, contact DP Brakes North American Headquarters/Tony Mills International Inc. at 4401 Walden Avenue, Lancaster, NY 14086, (716) 681-8806, or visit them on the web at www.dp-brakes.com.
