Concept2 Holiday Fitness Challenge

Concept2 Indoor Rowers is again hosting their annual Holiday Fitness Challenge. Many Motocross and Off-Road racers use this challenge to jump start their winter training. The Challenge actually started on November 25 but it is not too late to start now. You can either try for the 100,000 meter mark or if you are serious about your training you can go for the 200,000 meter challenge. You have until December 25 to reach this mark.  

Concept2 has made it very easy to record and log your workouts right online. Every meter is like money in the bank towards a better racing season next year. Speaking of money in the back. Concept2 is making a donation to several  charities that you can choose from based on how many meters you get. Take a look find a rower or the new SkiErg and get to work.
