Windham / Bailey / Lemoine / Osborne / Concept2 Rowers on DMXS Radio Tonight!
November 11, 2009 3:41pm
David Bailey is aptly known as the ICON within our sport but his courage and determination have inspired many that have never even thrown a leg over a dirt bike. David once again showed his defining character by competing in this year’s grueling Ironman race in Hawaii just two years removed from his most difficult health struggle since his career-ending injury. David will outline the path as he shares that story with us tonight.
GEICO Powersports Honda’s Kevin Windham is out in California putting in the mandatory preseason testing time, but will check in with us as soon as the lap moto of the day is complete. We are just glad that he is back with his familiar team for 2010 and his fans will see him on the gate for Anaheim 1 after taking most of the summer off.
Suzuki City’s Matt Lemoine is a better rider than his results showed in 2009 and he is hard at work preparing for the upcoming season to prove that. We have known this kid since he was on mini bikes and know he has what it takes to be hunting podiums this year. The only draw back is that he is a Dallas Cowboy’s fan, but I guess we can let that slide for now.
Zach Osborne raced the MX2-GP for the Utag Yamaha.com team in 2009 which included an impressive win in Istanbul, Turkey. I think that’s the first time we’ve used Istanbul in a press release but it’s about damn time. We will see what Zach has on the table for the future and catch up with our good friend.
Concept2 Rowers have taken over our sport as a smart option for conditioning and aerobic training. You can’t walk through the pits without seeing one everywhere from the Factory rigs to the Privateers. Greg Hammond will be on to discuss the latest from their lineup and don’t forget to check out www.Concept2.com for more information.
As always, we will be monitoring the chat room during the show for questions to ask our guests so nut up and think of some good and morally clean ones.
