There are all sorts of contests in this world, but this is probably one of the most unique that you will ever come across. Pole Position Raceway’s Sales Driver Search is designed to create an opportunity for an unemployed, but motivated sales professional or someone interested in a sales career. With this search, Pole Position Raceway is creating a NEW position in the company to help put someone back to work!
The winner of this Search will earn a $40,000/year career opportunity** at Pole Position Raceway.
They will interview candidates starting at 9:00 a.m. on the date identified. They will conduct open interviews until 5:00 p.m.
They will pick 12-15 candidates, at each of their four locations, to sell 2010 Year in Racing Passes at retail price during the holiday season. Retail price is $125 in CA and OK, $169 in NV.
Candidates will be Independent Contractors during the contest. They will earn 10% commission on gross sales, paid weekly. No reimbursements for expenses.
Sales will begin November 20, 2009 and will conclude December 20, 2009. Only individuals available to begin working on November 20 and willing and able to commit to working through December 20 should apply. Candidates should have reliable transportation.
Winners will be notified on December 23, 2009. Just in time for the holidays. This will change the life of a very deserving person!

**Career opportunity will be under an At Will employment agreement. Position will be a sales position at Pole Position Raceway. This job will consist primarily of selling group and corporate events and other sales initiatives. Past performance is not a guarantee of future employment. Position will be salary plus commission. Actual starting salary will be determined by results of contest. Actual final pay will also be determined based on commissions earned during the year. Actual salary plus commission may be more or LESS than $40,000.
