Taddy Blasusiak, Pro Offroad Racer - KTM
In Florence, South Carolina last Saturday, Taddy won his 3rd Geico Powersports EnduroCross race this year to go undefeated so far. This was the 3rd Round and Taddy was the favorite to win the series before the first race took place. Last Saturday the Polish rider with a trials background showed everybody why he was the favorite by setting the fastest hot lap and then easily winning his qualifier. The main event looked pretty similar as he grabbed the holeshot and never looked back.

Ryan Sipes, Pro Motocross Racer - MDK KTM
Sipes turned pro in 2005 and competed in the West Coast 125 Series where he finished 8th. For the next two years he struggled with injuries while trying to break into the top ten. In '08 he raced with the MDK KTM team and landed on the podium the very first round and went on to finish 8th in East Coast Lites Supercross Series. In '09 he had several top ten finishes before crashing at Seattle and severely injuring his wrist. He returned to race the Outdoors with just a few rounds remaining and had great finishes including a 4th overall at Steel City.

Leslie Porterfield, Land Speed Record Holder - High Five Cycles
Leslie won the Top Time Award at the sixth annual BUB Speed Trials, with an average speed of 234.275 mph. The record-breaking 240 mph run netted her the BUB Enterprises-sponsored Top Time Award for "sit-on" motorcycles (as opposed to fully enclosed "sit-in" streamliners), the first time this prestigious prize was won by a woman. Porterfield is the 2008 AMA Female Rider of the Year. She recently was a guest speaker at the 2009 Women in Motorcycling Conference in Keystone, Colorado. She has been featured on the covers of AMA Magazine, 2Wheel Tuner and the FIM Magazine, in addition she also appeared in a print ad with Flo from Progressive.

James Rispoli, Dirt Track, Road Racer, and Land Speed Racer
Rispoli finished the season in AMA Pro Dirt Track series in 2nd place, he also took a 4th place finish at his debut AMA Supersport outing at Road America and then 4th at Laguna Seca aboard a roadracingworld.com/M4 bike in his second race,  just missing the last podium spot by under a second.  Very recently he set a land speed record in Bonneville at the BUB Speed Trials where his down run was 148.250 mph and the return run was 149.950. The prior record was 147.471mph done last year but done on a four-cylinder motorcycle, but James beat the record on a twin Kawasaki 650. Rispolo raced for a number of teams this season; his dirt track team was Weirbach Racing, his road racing team was NPS Racing with support from Steve's Custom Cycles, and his landspeed record was done with sponsor Cycle Dynamics.

Kent Cameron, Race Promoter, VP - Devil's Ridge Race Track
Kent started racing motocross back in 1974. He quit for a few years and then got back into racing and started racing vintage motocross bikes. His family has owned and managed the Devil's Ridge Race track in North Carolina since 1979. The track holds motocross, hare scrambles and vintage motocross races. This past weekend they were the host of the AHRMA Vintage Motocross Nationals where Kent raced his 1974 CR125 and 1976 CR125. The track has stayed true to its motocross roots and the design of the track reflects that commitment.
