About Pro Moto Billet
Pro Moto Billet started life as a division of Production Automation Inc. in 1997. Founder Lynn Hodges felt the need to build a cargo rack for the back of his bike. Between automation jobs, Lynn spent his time designing the first billet aluminum cargo rack. When it was finished, he loved the way it looked and functioned so much, that he continued to design cargo racks for other models. The popularity of the cargo rack led to other items that were a necessity for off-road trail riding. The billet aluminum kickstand and spark arrestor end cap were born.
With demand for the motorcycle products on the rise, at the start of 2004 the motorcycle division was split from the parent company to form Pro Moto Billet Incorporated. The incorporation involved relocation to a new 25,000+ square foot facility, and doubling the previous production capacity. On August 1st, 2006 Pro Moto Billet purchased Portland, Oregon based Fastway Performance. Known worldwide for its patented Evolution© Series footpegs and F.I.T. © System hand guards, the brand also has six off-road National Championships to its credit. As part of the acquisition, all Fastway Performance manufacturing, sales, and marketing were relocated to Pro Moto Billet’s headquarters in Nampa, Idaho.
From the inception of Pro Moto Billet, the focus of the products were to make everyday riding more enjoyable and convenient. With the addition of Fastway Performance, Pro Moto Billet has now added the focus of making serious off-road racing products. Our belief is to make the best products we can, and always stand behind what we sell. We work hard to offer customer service that is second to none, and we pride ourselves on helping our customers whenever they need it.
