Monster Energy® Announced As Official Energy Drink of Arenacross
AURORA, Ill. (Dec. 21, 2007) – Live Nation Motor Sports Inc., announced today that Monster Energy® (Nasdaq: HANS) has signed an agreement making Monster Energy® the official energy drink of the 2007-’08 Toyota AMA Arenacross Series.
Right on the heels of Live Nation’s title sponsorship announcement regarding the 2008 Monster Energy® AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, Monster Energy® is proud to extend its brand within the racing community by partnering with the Toyota AMA Arenacross Series as the official energy drink. This new announcement between Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc. and Monster Energy® will help strengthen the brand awareness for both the Toyota AMA Arenacross Series and Monster Energy® to race fans around the country, at both a grass roots and professional racing level.

While becoming the title sponsor of supercross marked Monster Energy’s® initial venture into a title sponsorship of a major pro motorcycle racing championship, becoming the official energy drink of the Toyota AMA Arenacross Series further establishes its footprint in professional and amateur racing.

The Toyota AMA Arenacross Series returns to action Jan. 4-6 for a two-race weekend at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Mich., along with a Saturday night race (Jan. 5) at Kemper Arena in Kansas City.
