Carter Powersports 2008 WORCS Line-Up

Las Vegas, NV: 12/12/07:  Carter Powersports announced today that along with returning as a series sponsor for the 2008 WORCS Racing season, they will also be in full force with returning names as well as some new faces too. “I’m really excited about this year, we had a phenomenal year in 2006 with our Pro rider Ricky Dietrich securing the WORCS Pro Championship, 2007 was a rebuild year and this year we are back strong again. We look forward to a successful and entertaining year. We have a lot of talent coming on the team and people will get a glimpse; come Phoenix- Round #1”- Carter Powersports General Manager- Craig Kennelly. 

This years Pro team will consist of returning rider Scott Simon, newly added 2007 WORCS Pro 2 Champ Jaime Lanza and long time veteran, 2007 WORCS/Pro Circuit Privateer of the Year- Matt Karlsen. The Pro 2 riders to debut are Jared Partridge & Alex Smith. The 2008 Carter Powersports team will be riding the new 2008 line of Kawasaki KX450Fs while Partridge will see double duty on the KX250F. Jared is the youngest of the three Partridge boys; Jason Partridge, former Pro rider, and middle brother Kyle who currently rides for the Team Solitare/MB1 Racing team in SX and MX.
