Best Overall Predictor Will Win a New 2008 MSR Riding Gear Package

MENLO PARK and ROSEVILLE, Calif. – Dec. 14, 2007 – Who will win the opening round of the 2008 supercross season at Anaheim? Can anyone beat Chad Reed and James Stewart? Will Grant Langston’s good fortune carry into 2008? Which rookie will have a breakthrough finish? Supercross fans will have a chance to answer these questions and test their sports savvy in the Anaheim Supercross Prediction Challenge, sponsored by Predictify and Roseville Cycle Center.

The supercross challenge consists of six questions about potential outcomes at the 2008 supercross season kickoff at Angel Stadium at Anaheim on Jan. 5, 2008. The challenge is open to anyone and can be accessed by searching for the keyword, “Anaheim” at www.predictify.com. Participants must answer all six “Anaheim” questions to qualify.  The top overall predictor will win a free set of riding gear courtesy of Roseville Cycle Center. The 2008 MSR Gear Package consists of an MSR Assault helmet, Axxis jersey, pants, gloves, goggles and a pair of MXT boots.

“Supercross fans love to predict the outcomes of racing events,” said Dave Hoing, general manager of Roseville Cycle Center. “Predictify has created a venue for fans to put their ‘bench-racing’ skills to the test.”

Launched in October, Predictify is a Web-based prediction platform that provides a simple, fun way to engage in current and future newsworthy topics. Members can find events that interest them, predict the outcomes, build a reputation based on accuracy, compete against friends and get paid real money when they’re right. Best of all it’s free to predict – no points or bets are required.

About Predictify
Studies have shown that large groups of regular people are often more accurate than a small group of experts at predicting the outcome of future events. Predictify is a prediction platform that harnesses this collective wisdom and makes predicting easy and fun. Predictify is based in Menlo Park, Calif., and can be found on the Web at www.predictify.com.
