  • No Fear Moto X America Tour Goes to Texas

The fifth and final round of the 2007 No Fear Moto X America Tour - pitched as the "Winter Shootout" - is set to invade Decatur, Texas and the hugely popular Oak Hill MX Park on Saturday and Sunday, November 17-18, 2007. The Oak Hill MX Park is one of the most prolific and recognized motocross venues in all of American motocross as every March the circuit stages the FMF GNC International Final. Normally attended by thousands of riders from all over the nation, Oak Hill has helped launch the careers of recent rookie standout riders Ryan Dungey, Trey Canard, Nico Izzi and Austin Stroupe (to name but a few).

Recently purchased by new owners Jeff and Dawn Oldenburg, the duo has a masterplan to continue the unbridled growth of the world-class racing facility. And as part of that new growth, the Oldenburgs are quite excited about the No Fear Moto X Tour "Winter Shootout” about to go down at their track.

"We are very excited to have the final stop of the Moto X America Tour here," says Jeff Oldenburg. "This will be one of the first big events since we took the track over."

"The concept of the Tour is outstanding and what No Fear is doing for the sport is great! He goes on. "We are looking forward to a great event on a national caliber track."

Adds No Fear Moto X America Tour director Jeff Cooper: "Track conditions at Oak Hill will be perfect and I know the event will be great judging from how great the first four races of the Tour went. All the other racers we have spoken to from around the country had a blast."

The No Fear Moto X America Tour "Winter Shootout" will offer holeshot prizes and top 5 awards for every class and riders can also expect great prizes and merchandise from No Fear, FMF, Spy, OGIO, Haro Bikes, So Cal, Renthal, Etnies, Applied, Ready Racing, Rockford Fosgate and Racer X.

There will be racing for all classes even first timers and quads! Online registration is encouraged as gate pick is based on order of sign-up.

Please note that race day registration will also be available and will open at the facility on Saturday morning at 7 A.M. For more
