Bob Hannah will go down in history as one of the greatest American motocross racers of all time. He won a total of seven AMA national championships during his 15-year racing career having won nationals in the 125cc, 250cc and 500cc categories as well as Supercross and Trans-AMA. At the time of his retirement he held the record for most career wins in both Supercross and Nationals. Hannah was inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 1999.
