Road 2 Recovery Gets Surprise Gift
Our eBay auction for MXoN tickets closed last night. However, the winner, Don and Debbie Large from Beardstown, Illinois, called this morning and doubled their winning bid for the MXoN weekend package that they won!
Debbie bought the tickets for her husband who is taking three friends. After we spoke she sent me an email and said, "The Motocross of Nations is such an important event for my husband. He races locally and is chasing points for first in our district in the 40+ class. He's raced for the past 30 years. God has blessed us with a strong business. We share our blessings when we feel strongly about a cause. We are very selective who we donate to; however, Road 2 Recovery is a very worthy cause. You've helped so many riders. The upcoming weekend will be such a highlight for him. Thank you again for your assistance. May God bless you. Debbie Large."
The generosity of people is amazing, and we are so thankful to Debbie and Don for this unbelievable gesture. We'd also like to thank Jonathan Beasley at Budds Creek for the tickets and Ryan Villopoto and Timmy Ferry for the autographed gear. We hope Don and his friends have a great time and wish the Team USA the best of luck.
