Josh Woods Update

As most of you probably know by now I had a pretty serious crash a few weeks ago at the Lake County Fair in Chicago where I spent a few days in the hospital with some brain trauma.  Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing well now and I’m home and able to do most of my everyday activities again.  I can only imagine how scary this incident was for my family and close friends as I laid there unconscious for a while.

I really want to thank everyone for their support and prayers. My recovery has been better than expected and I am feeling like myself again without any of the big after effects that most concussions cause.

I was cleared to start working out again and I'm doing every thing I can to keep myself in shape and be ready for a strong return as soon as I get the go ahead.

Again, I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers while I was in the hospital.
