David Vuillemin Update

MDK's David Vuillemin had a gnarly crash right after the first turn in moto 2 at Millville that was bad enough to cause a red flag. He got clipped or cut off right after the start and got up really slow with a lot of tire marks on his back.
 
He is very sore all over, and is spending the night in a Rochester, MN, hospital to get more tests done Monday before they release him. Just about everything has been suspected: damaged lung, collarbone, ribs. The doctors need to do more tests to make sure they are not looking at old injuries.
 
DV is anxious to get out of the hospital and get home to his daughter Charlotte, who is having her 4th birthday Monday. Four years ago this weekend, he rode Saturday practice at Millville with a jersey that had a photo of the newborn Charlotte on it.
 
So far things look like he can get a Monday release, and go see his own doctors before making a plan.
