RiderDown Foundation Benefit Auction
Sun Enterprises has graciously volunteered to coordinate a benefit auction with proceeds going to RiderDown Foundation at their annual autograph signing session on Friday, July 20 from 5:00 pm– 9:00 pm. This is being held in conjunction with the Thunder Valley Outdoor National Motocross on July 22!
Sun will be hosting many of the world’s best riders, including: James Stewart, Ryan Villipoto, Tim Ferry, Ben Townley, Mike Alessi, Martin Davalos, and many, many more! This opportunity only comes around once a year in Colorado, so you don’t want to miss it!
Bevo Forti of ScottUSA will be serving as the emcee and auctioneer this year and a lot of great items have been donated. All of the proceeds from the auction will be going to the RiderDown Foundation. “We are really excited that Sun Racing has teamed up with RiderDown this year, everyone involved has been awesome to work with,” says Bruce Vermeulen, President of the RiderDown Foundation. “This event should be a whole lot of fun while at the same time generating greatly needed support for injured riders and their families.”
Mark Kite, Sun’s General Sales Manager says,”It’s great to see our community, staff, and fellow riders supporting the RiderDown Foundation. Last year was a huge success, with over $10,000 raised. We look forward to blowing that number out of the water this year.”
Representatives from RiderDown Foundation, Scott USA, Sun, Racer X, and many others will be on hand. Sun Enterprises is located at 8877 N. Washington in Denver, CO. We hope to see you there!
About RiderDown Foundation:
With a nationwide network of volunteers ready to lend support and assistance to injured riders, RiderDown is actively giving back to the off road community. As a non-profit, 501©3 charitable organization, RiderDown has been delivering on its mission of “Helping Riders Up” since 2005. Dedicated to helping responsible off-road motorcyclists and ATV racers who have been injured while riding, proceeds are used to provide assistance to riders and their families when faced with medical expenses and related issues. The medical bill review team they work with has saved injured riders thousands of dollars on excessive and/or unnecessary medical charges and their “Angels” visit injured riders in the hospital and at home, offering a friendly voice during difficult times.
