Townley can become the first rider in AMA Supercross Lites history to start the series in last place and win the championship. If Townley wins, he will give Pro Circuit an AMA Supercross Lites championship sweep. Pro Circuit’s Ryan Villopoto clinched the Western regional Lites championship with one race left on the schedule.
There have been three different riders to win a main event and eight different riders have made it to the podium.
