(April 16, 2007) – Dubach Racing Development (DRD), a growing player in the aftermarket exhaust business, today announced that Terry Beal has been named as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this newly created position, Beal will drive sales, public relations and marketing strategies while overseeing and continuing to build the company’s product line and long-term business direction.

Beal, who began his career in advertising and sales with O’Neal USA before his 12-year tenure with Yamaha Motor Corporation, leaves his position as Public Relations Manager to join DRD. “Like others, I have tremendous respect for Doug Dubach and have had the pleasure of working with him for over a decade at Yamaha. As part of the team that helped launch modern four-stroke motocross bikes and all four-strokes since, I’ve seen first-hand Dubach’s testing acumen, effort and passion he brings to several leading off-road companies.
