AMA Supercross Class Recap from Indianapolis
There have been 48 different racers that have won an AMA Supercross class main event.
Seven riders in AMA Supercross history have won 20 races; after last weekend’s win in Indianapolis, James Stewart is now one of them. The win at the RCA Dome was the first of his career.

Tim Ferry earned his fourth podium of the season and his 10th top five finish of the season.
Grant Langston, who missed most of the season due to an injury, finished in third place in only his fourth race of the year.
During his AMA Supercross class tenure, Stewart has never won four races in a row. He can break his record this weekend. He has gone on a three-race win streak three times in his career.
Stewart’s win gave Kawasaki their first win in Indianapolis since Carmichael’s in 2001.
For three consecutive seasons, James Stewart has won the 12th AMA Supercross race of the year.
