Have you been to a freestyle show lately? Neither had we. Chad McCan was in attendance of Live Nation’s FMX show at Kemper Arena in Kansas City this past weekend to take photos. While he was there he met some pretty interesting characters and we will have them on tonight’s show. Pro Freestyle Riders Shawn Connors and Cody Cavanaugh join us to talk about the format and what the sport (freestyle motocross) will be like in the future. Later Troy Kuszmaul, SR Manager of FMX Operations at Live Nation, joins us along with Chad McCan. After looking at the photos Chad took at the event we were surprised the show included a woman being shot out of a cannon. It should be interesting to talk with these guys and hear about the FMX event.
In the second hour we catch up with Jeff Cernic of Cernic Racing. He has his hands in a number of things that belong to moto and we find out tonight what is his latest endeavor. You probably remember him as Travis Pastrana’s sponsor but he does much more than that.
The national Enduro series has a new format that takes after the European rules. Some hate it but many love it. Basically it takes away the need for a clock or time keeping computer on your bike. On the show tonight Rich Lafferty will be on to talk about it.
