Moto City Grand Prix Tonight

Scottsdale , AZ - Pole Position Raceway presents Moto City Grand Prix, a special benefit for the Road 2 Recovery Foundation on Thursday, February 1st before round five of the Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series in Anaheim, CA. The entry fee is only $100 and includes a 12-lap practice session, a 14-lap timed qualifier and a 16-lap main event at the premiere indoor karting center in the city of Corona. The race is open to the general public and funds raised will help injured professional riders from our sport. Ernesto Fonseca and James Marshall are just two of the well-known riders who have benefited from Road 2 Recovery’s efforts. Racing starts at 6pm and signup closes promptly at 7:30, food provided by Miguel's California Mexican Cocina & Cantina in Corona. There will also be an auction at the conclusion of the event where lots of cool motocross memorabilia will be up for grabs.

A special thanks to Pole Position Raceway for hosting this event. The Pole Position Raceway in Corona, CA features a European Style Track that is nearly ¼ mile long inside of a 53,000 square foot building. 

Also a very special thanks to Miguel’s Cocina & Cantina and Miguel’s Jr. for generously donating food for our event.  Miguel’s will also be selling tee shirts with half of the proceeds to benefit the Road 2 Recovery Foundation.  Miguel’s was founded in 1973 and Miguel's Jr. was founded in 1975.  there are total of seven Miguel Jr.’s located in the counties of Riverside and San Bernardino as well as two Miguel’s restaurants located in Corona and Foothill Ranch. In 2006 they were awarded the “Top Latino Owned Business” by Hispanic Lifestyles Magazine.
