Josh Grant Update

Racer X has learned that SoBe/Samsung Mobile Honda's Josh Grant sustained a severe bruise to his lung after a nasty crash in practice. After being evaluated at a local hospital, Grant returned to the track and qualified second in his heat, but could barely breathe on the last lap. He was then re-evaluated by the Asterisk Mobile Medic crew and it was advised that he should not race the SX Lites main event. At this point, Grant his hoping to be able to race round two in Phoenix. Due to the new rule changes, Grant is unable to switch to the East Region.
