Kawasaki Motors Europe Racing team manager Steve Guttridge announced today in an interview with MXGP.TV that Ryan Villopoto will serve as a brand ambassador for Kawasaki in MXGP for the remainder of 2015.

Following nine AMA National Championships, Villopoto announced his retirement today at the age of 27.
