NMA Qualifiers are Underway Around the Country
Temecula, CA ~ NMA Regional qualifiers are now underway around the country as action pack competition heats up for a qualifying spot and chance to compete for a number one plate during the 36th Annual NMA Grand National Championships in Ponca City, Oklahoma on July 24- 30, 2011. Competitors are fighting for top points in their region in hopes of competing with other top amateur/semi pro performers in the country.
This year, we’ve added more qualifying regions. NMA’s qualifying system now consists of 4 to 6 events located in convenient areas around the country. Racers can now participate closer to home, saving money and improving their chance of qualifying. With the increased interest at the qualifiers, the 2011 NMA Grand National Championship is expected to be a record breaking event.
To qualify for the championships, each racer must participate in a minimum of two events in their region and finish in the top twelve based on the entire region. There is no limit as to the number of classes a racer can qualify in per their age and ability.
This year’s championships will see the motorcycle factories onsite to support the riders. Additionally, over 40 aftermarket supporters and vendors are geared up to provide support and services to all involved.
