“I am really looking forward to coming back to Utah for the Monster Energy/Powder Mountain MX,” said McGrath. “It is one of the most fun weekends I have all year on my motorcycle. The track, racing and fans are great! It keeps getting better and better each year!”
In addition to motocross racing events, 5050 BMX will present a Best Trick contest featuring the world’s top BMX riders; Cam White, Ryan Guettler, Branden Dosch,Cory Nastazio and TJ Ellis.
Said Gregg Greer, Powder Mountain Resort President and Ambassador of Stoke: “We race all over this mountain on the snow six months out of the year, but when summer rolls around, the wild flowers are going off, it’s 90-degrees downtown and 70 up here on the mountain, we get excited to race motorcycles. Motocross racers and fans are Powder Mountain kind of people, they love to go fast, they love to shred a flowing line and they love doing that with family and friends. That’s the Powder Mountain way – shredding pow in winter and shredding MX in summer. What could be better than that?”
Spectators can interact with pro riders in the pits and during autograph sessions, enjoy food, music, stadium seating, inside-the-course viewing and a kid’s action zone. Event improvements include an updated watering system, infield seating
