3 Days of New Years Practice at Golden Pine Raceway

PRENTISS, MS – Golden Pine Raceway will be open for groomed / organized practice for 3 days over the New Year’s holiday weekend. This is the 5th straight year of this New Year’s tradition. Historically we have had many northerners make the trek south to get in some practice in the warmer climates of the south. Temperature are expected to be moderate for the weekend high’s ranging from the 70’s to the 50’s with a little doze of mother nature thrown in for fun.
The 3 day practice weekend will get kicked off on Thursday afternoon for families looking to come in and set up early. Practice will be from 9AM to 4PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Families interested in camping out for the weekend are welcome to bring fireworks, set up their own camp fires, or sit around the larger bonfire. Electric + water RV spots and a shower/bathroom facility are available.
