MDK Adds a CEO
Redwood City, CA - MDK Motorsports is committed to attracting top talent to the team both on and off the track, and continued success requires dynamic leadership. As such, we are proud to introduce at the helm of MDK Motorsports, Barry Gilbert as CEO. Mr. Gilbert is a seasoned retail executive with over 30 years experience in a broad range of merchandise categories. He is the ideal force to direct the next stage of growth for the MDK brand family of motorcycle products, services, and retail stores.
The MDK Racing team has worked hard to develop a world-class racing organization and the retail and speed equipment divisions of MDK Motorsports are dedicated to the same level of quality and professionalism in order to become premier motorcycle destinations and solutions. Similarly, Mr. Gilbert brings the same passion and expertise to the entire MDK Motorsports operation. He has served previously in top executive positions with leading retail brands including CEO of Smith and Hawken, and Vice Chairman of the Sharper Image. MDK enthusiastically welcomes Mr. Gilbert to the MDK team.
