Factory Honda HRC’s Trey Canard has defined resilience over the last few seasons and has worked his way back to the top after each adversity he’s faced. Trey is currently second in the Monster Energy AMA Supercross battle and did an incredible job salvaging points after a horrible start in the main at Daytona. We always enjoy catching up with one of our favorite redheads of all time.
It’s unfortunate that AutoTrader.com/Toyota/JGR Yamaha’s Weston Peick has been limited by injuries after showing his true potential running up front so many times this year. This is a great story and just another example of him making the most of every opportunity earned in this sport. We look forward to him being at 100%, but either way it’s always exciting to have him on the gate.
Team Green Kawasaki’s Hannah Hodges was helping us out in the booth calling the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross since she’s still rehabbing her ACL injury from last year. She did an awesome job, but you could tell it was killing her not being on the line with her friends and fellow racers. Hannah already has an impressive résumé at 16-years-old and really opened some eyes at the Monster Cup last year on her Super Mini. If you didn’t know anything else about her, just know that she trains with all those stinky boys at MTF and has earned their respect. She’s the real deal, folks!
