BTOSports KTM’s Justin Brayton is another of the many riders to switch teams this off-season and already looked comfortable on his new steed at Red Bull’s Straight Rhythm last week. Justin is obviously pumped about this new opportunity, but is mostly excited about getting away from Jason Weigandt and his awkward lingering and stalking while being based in Charlotte. We completely understand, Justin.
JGR’s Weston Peick is a true American success story and undoubtedly proved that results will still open up awesome opportunities in this sport. Weston has been able to ascend up through the ranks the last two years and earned another coveted ride on the JGR Yamaha team for 2015. He would have done donuts in one of Joe Gibbs’ race cars like Barcia recently did for their team video, but Weston’s lumberjack/MMA fighter physique simply couldn’t fit through the window opening. They’re just going to have to cut the roof out of one for the next shoot.
Jason Weigandt heard Justin Brayton was on the show tonight and insisted he’d be on the guest-list as well. This doesn’t violate the conditions of the restraining order so we’ll allow it. Hopefully we can talk about relevant racing topics but somehow I doubt it.
