Head trainer Tyler Kalisiak works with three time X Games gold medalist Vicki Golden on eccentric training as he takes her through a custom built circuit workout based around holding exercises rather than building muscle. Tyler and the Rockwell Gym are very proud of Vicki for taking home two medals at the 2013 X Games in Los Angeles.
