PR: Josh Hill Returns to Riding
Against all odds, Hill’s perseverance has him geared up for a big 2012 return
Carlsbad, CA– Josh Hill made his first appearance back on the bike last week after a crash that nearly ended his career over a year ago.
“It has been a long road back to riding well on the track. I had a few setbacks with pressure sores and with my ankle that forced me to get my Achilles and other tendons clipped and straightened out. That was 10 weeks ago. Mobility is a bit of an issue right now, but overall I feel great with my progress with just a few days of riding under my belt,” said an optimistic Hill.
“My goal is to be ready to rock at Anaheim 1. I have put blood, sweat, and tears into my recovery and I will not settle for anything less than greatness on the track. I am incredibly excited for the 2012 season to start.”
Team owner, Carey Hart, is rightfully excited to see Josh back on his bike. “I couldn’t be happier to see Josh back on the Supercross track. It has been a rough couple years and I’m glad that he will be with us when he makes his return to A1!”
The Dodge Motorsports / Hart and Huntington Supercross team will make be back in action January 7th in Anaheim to kick-off the 2012 Supercross season.
