H&H Race Report: Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ- At the beautiful Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona, the Rockstar Hart & Huntington team ventured to the second round of the AMA Supercross series with high hopes to rebound from a disappointing round one.
Team rider Chris Blose, a native Arizonian, had a good night when he shook off a so-so practice and put into the 450 class main event. Once there, Chris had a few crashes that held him back on his way to a 16th.
The teams other rider, Matt Boni, had another frustrating night as he failed to make the main event. While in an easy qualifying position, a lapper fell right in front of the 47 and he went down, then a bad start in the LCQ and it was all she wrote for last season’s privateer of the year.
“I’m happy with Chris and his ride, we think that he can get into the top ten and hopefully soon he will be right there” said team manager Kenny Watson “With Matt, what can you say? He’s been fast but has had terrible luck so far this year. He needs to stay positive and good things will happen, I know it.”
As usual, the pits were rocking with Rockstar Energy drink being given away, the fans were hanging out and having a good time. The Rockstar Hart & Huntington team is the place to be this year in the supercross pits. Come by this weekend in Anaheim and get an autograph and a Rockstar Energy Drink!
