Millsaps with the lead in all 6 races....and growing. Incredible. What a fantastic season. Finally, a season that delivers on the early expectations! I wonder what the comments would have been had someone predicted #18 crushing the field for the first 1/3rd of the season?

Sap's lays the wood again!!

.Side note, the track sucked!! LOL

.Jon. I don't think jokingly anyone picked Saps!! He has shown speed his whole career but NEVER had any consistency. Whitch is way I always got on him. I never got how you could wax the field one weekend than get 8ths the next 4 weeks. He is on a crazy hot streek for sure. I said it before the season started that Starts were going to be more important than ever and Sap's has proven that to be true. Has he had a start outside the top 3 all year?? In this field that alone says something.

All abord the Millsaps bandwagon!

Don't get me wrong - it is awesome to actually see the leopard shed its spots but there is going to be a lot "ship jumping" this season.

Anyway-that was the best 450 main I have seen in a long time. Funny how these simple and slick tracks (not anyones fault here) have led to better racing and fewer (than last season at least) injuries. Well done feld...now if you could only pay the men that actually put the fans in the stands a bit more we might be on to something.

Keep Whindam in the broadcast and let him do it with Weege or DC - the other dorks have to go....IMO - Ralph did do a better job this week of naming sponsors for riders that are not "factory" - better late than never I suppose.

@BillC-How's the weather out there? Man you guys got hit-big time! As you've told me in the past, you have a generator, so I was pretty sure you'd be OK, but then I didn't catch you on here yesterday. Must have been ridin' the storm out. This coming weekend, I will go to Wi. They have a couple feet there, but all we got was rain...And, I just realized that Sat. the East coast rounds start. Good thing I spend a lot of money there I can talk them into having it on in the bar. And have a rib-eye supper! Really wanna see how #77 is gonna fair in his first supercross! (#77 would be Jeremy Martin, aka "The Bullfrog".) He has been training at RC's compound and getting worked by RC's mom. He has several months in down there. I truley believe this kid has something special going on. Time will tell. And yes, I am a bit bias on this kid. Hoping he gets on the box so the moto world can check out his personallity. If he gets the chance, he will represent our sport well.

@BILLC--So Bill--are you going to admit you were wrong?? Millsaps extended that points lead some more--you said he would not do it.. He is for real and has the speed, whether you like it or not..But he got it done and YOU and BK-R ripped me about it..Maybe Millsaps read all your post and learned what he needed to do to win..LOL!!
But you were off the mark there Billy, he extended it and will keep doing it if somebody doesnt step up and ride and stay up..

Man, Bowers has to be pissed about the points chase. He had over a 60 point lead, and now it is 1! He hasn't had a bad night yet, and if he has just one he may lose the championship. But he just signed 2 more years to do AX, so he must like it. Sucks for the others outside the top 10 too. A local kid, Steven Mages, was in 11th or 12th by a couple points and now even if he does well can't make it to the top 10, even if he beats guys in the top ten? Pretty stupid if you ask me.

Calm down bd200, I guess K-Dub is a fool also according to you because he picked Canard!!

.PS NO ONE RIPPED on you. You were the One who flipped out because I said I did not think he would extend it. Everyone makes a guess on what will they think will happen so calm down. You act like you predicted Saps to be doing this back in Dec....But you are just a bandwaggon hopper now like all the others. I have not given up on RV or RD to win this thing because I still feel they are faster then saps but have not been getting the starts or the good luck Saps has been having. If it keeps going like this Saps will be the biggest surprise in SX history. The track stunk this past weekend I am hopefull they will get better now that we are done in Cali.

Bucky we got hammered!!! I am never on here on Sundays, very rare anyway.

.I spent most of the weekend cleaning up LOL. Did some road riding Friday night on my Ranagade 1000Xxc in the storm then yesterday had the sled out launching off the snow banks into 2 feet+ of snow. Got some good Vids too. Fun time.

I'm glad DM18 won but the actual race was a really boring conga line of follow the leader, Nobody could push to gain time. Heck there were'nt even aggressive block passes.
One Question: Is Reed contractually bound to ride the new model with air forks or could he run last years model that he looked so much faster and more comfortable on? Reed and RV are running the air forks and both of them have been washing the front every race.
It's time for my boy TC41 to start wicking it up (in a controlled and safe manner of course).

Great ride Saps,,,,

Reed was/has been off the pace all year...is it the front end?... Possibly, but all the riders are dialing their bike week to week..He was boasting about how great things were this week and think SD may be more of a case of over confidence by Reed...It is "his house" and he really wanted to win...He seems to need any edge he can get so the SD hype was coming into effect.. He was not very quick in practice and wow how the crowd went bezerk when Reed passed Blose for third in the heat...really, Reed passing Blose???....Main event time he got a great start...Saps started pulling away and Reed clicked it up a notch, faster than he had been going all day and he fell....period....he came into that turn much faster then he should and lost the front end.... he lost the front end because it was a slippery track as just about EVERY rider said..probably has nothing to do with bike, but 100% rider....Track looked fun if you were just out riding for fun....but not so much for racing....One Line tracks never produde good racing....Dungey Stewart had a good back and forth battle, but you take a different line trying to pass someone - or try to find one- you get passed in the process......Stewart ran with Dungey and RV most the race and I notice Reed didnt pass any of the 3 while they had their little past champ train going.....hope Dallas is better....

@BILLC--Keep backpedaling there, you just wont admit you were wrong.. And dont even call me a bandwagon jumper.. YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN A MILLSAPS FAN , You gave me crap for it all the time over the past years and you know it.. So dont lie and act like you dont and dont call me a bandwagon jumper..

I am still a big RV fan, but I even talked up Millsaps last year on how well he was doing on the so-called bad Yamaha-- and YOU gave me crap and said Millsaps wont ever do anything.. So dont say I am hopping on any bandwagon, if you cant man-up and say you were wrong about him extending that points lead, at least be a man and admit I have been a supporter of Millsaps.. no bandwagons here..

And I wouldnt call it good luck when he can hold off Reed and Barcia and keep Dungey at bay too...Nobody ran him down and passed him, thats NOT luck..

Profile Picture
BillC wrote: 1:17pm February 11, 2013

BD200 who is backpedaling?? Dude it was a 50-50 guess, would he gain or lose points. Don't know what you are going so crazy about?? yes you always liked Saps, but being a fan and saying he is going to win are not the same thing, you NEVER said he was going to be winning this year buddy!! Also I remeber you saying at one point a few years back that I may be right for what i was saying about him at the time. And remember I NEVER said he was no good, i said he was not focused, Like i said before about him, How do you win one week then barly top 10 the next weeks??

Profile Picture
BillC wrote: 1:19pm February 11, 2013

The "luck" I was talking about is not having any bad luck, Everyone but him has been screwed in the first few turns at least once except him. never said he was lucky to win buddy nice try though.

Profile Picture
bd200 wrote: 1:36pm February 11, 2013

@BILL--you should be a politician the way you play on words.. You said in Rev-Up that you would be surprised if he extended his points.. You said he CANT match the speed of RV or Dungey, and you said he cant do the things they were doing on the track.. He held off some fast guys, I think he has the speed...You were wrong dude..

And being a bandwagon jumper isnt saying he would win the title.. I said I am a fan, and was always a fan.. That doesnt make me a bandwagon jumper.. I am not sure now even if he will win the title.. But I do say he can and has the ability, without "luck... I really dont see anytime anyone wins is luck.. If you can capitolize on someones mistake that isnt luck, because you put yourself in that position, that comes from work and effort..

And how do you win one week and barely top 10 the next--well Rv has done that this year..It happens dude..

Profile Picture
BillC wrote: 2:33pm February 11, 2013

yes bd200, I said in my other post's that I said he would lose points, and yes I feel RV and RD are faster but I NEVER EVER said Sap's cant do the things they were doing on the track. Don't know where you came up with that one??

.As for putting yourself in a good position....I think RV did that a few weeks ago and then Reed slammed brighton And took RV out, You can't control what other do, There is LUCK involved weather you like it or not and Sap's has had none in a main yet wile other all have. Sap's bike blow in a Heat if that happen in the main he would not be the points leaderm same for RD when his shock went in the heat if that was the main there is 24 point... see my point LUCK is there.

.Yes RV has done that how many times?? Saps' has done it many and with no issues just no heart that day. You can't say that about RV, Sure he over rode and crashed maybe but saps would just ride arouind not even trying when he would go from a win to a 10th the next week and them were the days when there were only 2 or 3 guys who could win not like now when there are 8 guys. I said before the year started that the top guys would be getting 6th and 7th this year when in the past they could get a 3rd no matter what.

@Reed DID NOT slam Brayton, it was the other way around.. Brayton took down Reed, you can see it from RV's Go-Pro, Brayton can right down on Reed, not Reeds fault at all on this one..

therealmofo are you that thick? (stupid question yes you are) I told you last week at least twice I stand by what I said about Sap's in the past, (can you read?) When your a factory Honda guy at 20 years old and you get passed by a 40 year old john Dowd late in a moto and NOT because Dowd was faster but BECAUSE your tired I am going to say your sad. Dose that mean you can't change?? NO, But I can only call it how I see it at the time. Do u get it?? Sap's is GREAT now but Honda did not can him because he was doing a good job for them did they?? Also how did I not say I was wrong?? I said it was a 50/50 guess. If your that happy to get a 50-50 GUESS right you must be in sad shape!! Hell like i said K-Dub picked Canard to win so I guess he is a dumb ass like me too!!

@BILLC-- hahahaha!!!! Dont get your little feeling hurt pu$$y--just playing, but you WERE WRONG and got called out.. And I'm not talking about the past and neither is BD200...its your comments last week saying HE WOULD NOT EXTEND HIS POINTS LEAD......Not this rant you just went on from 4 years ago..What the heck was that about??

And K-Dub picked Canard 5 minutes before the race, so what--he NEVER said Millsaps wouldnt extend his points lead like you either, so that means nothing..

Just balls up and say you were wrong...act like you have a pair..
