Marty Tripes and the
Superbowl of Motocross

American Honda has been involved in what we now know as Monster Energy AMA Supercross—and used to know as stadium motocross—since 1973. Since then, Honda has won more premier-class AMA Supercross titles than any other manufacturer. Supercross legends Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, Jeff Stanton, Ricky Johnson, and more earned titles aboard Honda motorcycles. The roots of all that success, however, were seeded in a rather fascinating way.
