What a great article “The Original East/West Showdown” was! I wish I had known that Larry Lawrence, Paul Schwab, and Racer X were going to do this. I have some photos I shot from back then, along with some of the original programs that are loaded with rider autographs that I was able to collect, both treasures I absolutely cherish more and more with each passing year. If you ever do anything like this article on Unadilla again, give me a shout and I’ll gladly share them with you! As always, another great issue, and I look forward to the next one. Thanks Larry, Paul, and most of all, Racer X for keeping our past history alive!
