Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Dylan Ferrandis (14) leads the first wave of 450 Class riders into the sunlight at Washougal. The Pacific Northwest track, located above the Columbia River, is well known for its beautiful setting, steep hills, and enthusiastic fans. There’s also the added challenge of going in and out of the shadows caused by the massive trees that line the course. None of it slowed down Jett Lawrence (18), who took his eighth straight win and 16th straight moto to start his 450cc career. And after a late start to his summer, Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Jason Anderson (21) also finished on the podium for the first time in the series.
