The 2025 AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch showcased many fast amateur racers, as usual. What was unusual was the number of girls and women performing exceptionally well in open-gender classes. These talented females secured one historic championship, two overall podium finishes, and some incredible top ten rides—all against the boys. Their achievements coincided with a resurgence of the WMX as part of the Pro Motocross Championship. As a proud graduate of both Loretta Lynn’s and the WMX, I’m excited to introduce you to Hannah Jamison, Yumena Berning, Raycin Kyler, and Lachlan Turner. They represent a very bright future for women’s motocross in America.
