Earlier in this issue we told you the story of Rodney “Aircraft” Carrier racing a 1981 Maico 490 Mega 2 motorcycle in the Masters 50+ class this summer at Loretta Lynn’s. But it almost didn’t happen due to the cheapest, simplest part on the motorcycle. We thought that little story within the story was worthy of its own page in the magazine.
