DOWN TO THE WIRE
As we were going to print, with four motos to go in the 2022 Lucas Oil 450 Pro Motocross Championship, it was all down to one point separating Team Honda HRC’s Chase Sexton and Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac. They’d traded the red plate and one-point leads back and forth at Unadilla (Sexton) and Budds Creek (Tomac). So by the time you read this, you will know who won. We’re just thankful to both for putting on such a sensational summer-long battle for the title—and for stepping up to ride for Team USA at the 2022 FIM Motocross of Nations at RedBud. Go Team USA!
