On Track School student Ryder Colvin writes about his experience being selected for the MX Sports Loretta Lynn’s Apprentice Program at the 2020 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.
Disappointed that I would not be able to qualify or compete at Loretta Lynn’s on my 125 in 2020 due to injuries and a ruptured appendix, an opportunity to be at the event in another capacity presented itself. On the Thursday before the event was to start, I received an email saying that I was chosen to announce through the apprenticeship program with MX Sports. That email put the wheels in motion to get me to Loretta Lynn’s Ranch doing something I never thought I would do there!
