DEEGS After failing to reach the podium at the Anaheim opener, Haiden Deegan went on a rampage in the 250SX West, lapping the field with five straight wins. Now he and Yamaha Star Racing can take the time off for the East to dial in that 450 he will soon be racing—maybe sooner than later.
HUNTER The older brother has been low-key great since late last summer, winning his first 450 National, first 450 SMX Playoff round, first individual overall at the MXoN, and most recently his first 450SX win, and the red plate to boot going into Daytona.
BENNICK For three years in a row at the 250SX East opener, Dax Bennick had made the podium. He's never made another one, mostly due to injuries. Can he stop the streak?
