On February 4, 2023, supercross history was made when Hunter Lawrence won the 250SX East Region opener at Houston’s NRG Stadium aboard his Honda HRC factory CRF250. This followed younger brother Jett, his Honda teammate, winning the opening rounds of the 250SX West Region in January. For the first time in the history of Monster Energy AMA Supercross, a pair of brothers were simultaneously wearing the 250 points leaders’ red plates. The Lawrences, who hail from Australia, are already making a case for themselves as the fastest brothers this sport has ever seen.
